These Terms and Conditions apply to users of the Shine for Dogs: shinefordogs.co.nz/shinefordogs.com website. By using this site, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We suggest that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions that are detailed below as this forms the basis of the sale agreement between you and Shine for Dogs when you purchase goods from this Website. If you proceed with your purchase you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We may from time to time, change or add content to this website (including our Terms and Conditions) without notice. At all times, we will try to ensure that the images on our Website are as accurate and as close to the actual product as possible. It is essential that you use the actual written descriptions of each product when deciding to purchase a product from Shine for Dogs. All information and services are provided on the basis that you undertake the responsibility for assessing at your own risk. Only use the rechargeable LED dog collar, harnesses and leashes when your dog is under supervision. Please do not use the product if you feel it is faulty and contact us for a replacement (within the exchange terms – seen below)

All prices listed on this website: shinefordogs.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include taxes. The prices indicated exclude freight and handling. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shine for Dogs, will at all times use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on this Website are accurate at any point in time. The prices displayed on this Website are only current at that particular point in time & we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on our Website. If a price does change on the Shine for Dogs, :  shinefordogs.co.nz website before you finalise your order, Shine for Dogs, reserves the right not to honour the pre-checkout price.

In addition to the purchase price, all delivery charges, sales tax, extra packaging charges and Government taxes, if any, shall be payable by the Customer.

Ordered the wrong size? We are happy to change it for you. Never place a collar or harness that is too  loose or too tight on your pet. We will only change the item if it meets the returns policy (stated above this point). Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You will have to send the item back to us at your own cost with the size change required in writing. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Collars and leashes that have been been worn and damaged will not be eligible for exchanges. Postage of the new item will be done at your cost. Please note that its is suggested that you send your return package be receipted/trackable post as shinefordogs.com cannot be held responsible for any product that is lost or damaged in transit.

 

If in the unlikely event you feel your product/s is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, you must contact Shine for Dogs within the 30 day period from the invoice date in writing (by email to: info@shinefordogs.co.nz). You will have to send your product back to Shine for Dogs to review at your own cost. Shine for Dogs reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to offering a replacement. A replacement may be refused if the fault is not considered of a manufacturing origin. If the fault is deemed to be of a manufacturing nature, the product will be replaced and returned to you as soon as possible. Postage and handling charges associated with the product being sent back to the purchaser will be covered by Shine for Dogs. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT IF YOU FEEL IT IS FAULTY. Only use the rechargeable LED dog collar, harnesses and leashes when your dog is under supervision.

Our carrier is New Zealand Post. New Zealand Post takes a period of 4 – 7 days for delivery.

If Shine for Dogs supplies you with an incorrect product, we will remedy the situation by replacing it with the correct item, once the incorrect product has been returned to Shine for Dogs, unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition. In the event of a wrong product being supplied, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. The freight costs incurred will be bourne by Shine for Dogs.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase/s from the Shine for Dogs: shinefordogs.co.nz Website. If you want to change your order we will happily replace the item if: 1. It shows no signs of tampering and excessive wear  2. Does not have any water damage 3. Has all parts still intact with the collar, harness and/or leash. You will have to send the item back to us at your own cost. We do not accept returns for change of mind – But we are always willing to resolve any issues. Collars and leashes that have been been worn and damaged will not be eligible for exchanges. Orders that are placed past the 21 day period are not accepted for exchanges.

Sales from the Shine for Dogs website: shinefordogs.co.nz are considered final. If in the event that a refund is approved, the refund will be paid in the same way that the original purchase payment was made. Shine for Dogs takes great pride in supplying quality products. Refunds or credits cannot be given for ‘change of mind’ situations. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging. These items will be returned to the purchaser with the purchaser liable for the return freight costs. Once returned goods have been received by Shine for Dogs a product of the same type will be prepared. Postage and handling charges of returned products are non-refundable unless a product is deemed faulty.

Please note that it is suggested that you send your return package be receipted/trackable post as shinefordogs.com cannot be held responsible for any product that is lost or damaged in transit.

It is essential that all products purchased from shinefordogs.com are only used in the manner for which they are intended to be used. We insist that you read the directions on our website and materials supplied. Products purchased from Shine for Dogs: shinefordogs.co.nz may not be modified in any way whatsoever from the condition they were supplied in. You warranty will be deemed void if this occurs.

Where Shine for Dogs  agrees, at the purchaser’s request to cancel an order prior to delivering the goods to the purchaser, Shine for Dogs  reserves the right to charge for all costs incurred prior to the cancellation and to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the price of the goods to cover overheads associated with the order.

Without prejudice to any other rights Shine for Dogs may have, the purchaser shall indemnify Shine for Dogs  for any injury, disability, death, loss, damage or expense incurred should the purchaser cancel any order or breach any term hereof.
