• Never at any time place a collar that is too tight or too loose around the dog’s neck.
• Always make sure that your dog is under supervision when using the Shine for Dogs products.
• Agree that the Shine for Dogs collar is not a training or a walk-assist collar. It should be used as an accessory collar for peace of mind.
• Understand that the products contain lithium batteries and should not be ingested; if in the event the product is chewed/eaten, please seek medical attention!
• Never attempt to use a faulty or broken collar or leash on your pet.
• Use the collar as an accessory on all dogs that are ‘pullers’

Without prejudice to any other rights Shine for Dogs may have, the purchaser shall indemnify Shine for Dogs for any injury, disability, death, loss, damage or expense incurred should the purchaser cancel any order or breach any term hereof. The purchaser shall indemnify Shine for Dogs for any injury, disability, death, loss, damage or expense incurred should the purchaser or anyone else or their pets using Shine for Dogs products or taking heed of any advice provided by Shine for Dogs.
